Privacy Policy
Oriqeva is designed as a public research publication rather than an account-based service. This policy explains the categories of information that may be involved when you read the site, contact us, or follow an external merchant link.
Information you choose to send
If you email Oriqeva, you may provide your email address, name, message, attachments, and any other information you choose to include. We use that information to respond to the purpose of the message, such as an editorial question, correction request, privacy inquiry, or other publication-related communication. Do not send sensitive medical records, passwords, payment-card details, or other information that is unnecessary for the request.
Technical request information
Like most websites, the infrastructure used to deliver and protect Oriqeva may process technical request information necessary to serve pages, maintain security, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and operate the service. Depending on the hosting and security configuration, this can include an IP address, browser or user-agent information, requested URL, referring information, timestamps, and security signals. Oriqeva does not use this policy to claim that every infrastructure provider collects every category in every circumstance.
Accounts and forms
The current Oriqeva publication does not require a reader account to access research pages. If interactive forms, newsletters, or account features are added later, the privacy notice associated with those features should identify the information requested, purpose, service provider, and relevant retention or consent choices before the feature is deployed.
Analytics and cookies
The current source build does not intentionally include a third-party behavioral analytics or advertising script. Oriqeva therefore does not present a cookie-consent banner simply for appearance. Essential infrastructure may still use technical storage or security mechanisms as part of normal site delivery. If non-essential analytics, advertising, personalization, or similar cookies are introduced, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated to reflect the actual implementation.
Affiliate and merchant links
Oriqeva contains or may contain links to independent sellers, merchants, payment processors, affiliate networks, or other external websites. When you follow an external link, that third party may process information under its own privacy policy and technical systems. Oriqeva does not receive your payment-card details merely because you follow an affiliate link, and Oriqeva does not control the privacy practices of an independent merchant.
Search engines and AI crawlers
Public web pages may be crawled by search engines and other permitted web crawlers in accordance with the site’s robots controls and the crawler’s policies. Oriqeva may allow crawlers used for search discovery, including OAI-SearchBot, so public pages can be discovered and cited. Indexing and inclusion are controlled by the relevant service; Oriqeva does not send private email content to public crawlers.
Retention
Editorial correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, document a correction, maintain publication records, address abuse, or meet legitimate operational requirements. Retention can vary by the type of communication and the systems used to receive it. Information that is no longer reasonably needed should not be kept merely because storage is available.
Children
Oriqeva is a general-audience supplement research publication and is not designed as a service directed to young children. We do not intentionally ask children to create accounts or submit personal profiles. Parents or guardians who believe a child has sent unnecessary personal information may contact the privacy channel.
Your privacy questions
Privacy-related requests can be sent to [email protected]. The handling of a request may depend on applicable law, the nature of the data, whether Oriqeva can reasonably identify the relevant record, and whether another independent service provider controls the information in question.
Policy changes
This policy may change when Oriqeva adds or removes a material data-processing feature, changes infrastructure, or needs to clarify an existing practice. A material update should correspond to a real change in the site or policy rather than a cosmetic date refresh.
